By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To become an affiliate of DrinkSALTE.com, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
2. Affiliate Links
Once you have been approved, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link and coupon code. You may use this link and code on your website, social media, or other promotional channels to refer customers to DrinkSALTE.com. You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate link is used correctly.
3. Commissions
You will earn a commission on sales made through your affiliate link / code. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate account. Commissions are paid on the net sale amount, excluding shipping, taxes, and returns. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, provided you have reached the minimum payout threshold of 300 EUR. You can also ask to have your commission made into a discount code you can use on DrinkSALTE.com
4. Discounts
As an affiliate, you are eligible for exclusive discounts on DrinkSALTE.com products. The discount rate and applicable products will be detailed in your affiliate account. These discounts are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
5. Affiliate Obligations
As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote DrinkSALTE.com in a positive and ethical manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not engage in any misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
- Not use your affiliate link for self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to earn commissions or discounts. Any unpaid commissions will be paid to you, provided they are above the minimum payout threshold.
7. Modification
DrinkSALTE.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through your affiliate account. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
DrinkSALTE.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program. Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
