What are electrolytes?

SALTE contains 800 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, and 60 mg of magnesium, with no added sugar or artificial ingredients.

Does it contain sugar?

No, it contains no sugar or carbohydrates and is sweetened with stevia leaf extract.

Does it contain anything artificial?

No, all natural baby!

When should I drink SALTE?

Use it first thing in the morning, before, during, or after exercise, when dehydrated, or anytime you need electrolyte support. Keep in mind: it's more effective to replenish electrolytes ahead of time rather than trying to catch up after they've been depleted.

How do I mix it?

Simply mix one sachet with 600-800 ml of water and give it a good shake.

How many servings per day?

New research indicates that 4–6 grams of sodium, 3.5–5 grams of potassium, and 400–600 milligrams of magnesium per day support optimal health, ideally from whole foods. SALTE helps cover any dietary gaps. Many find 1-2 sachets per day effective, depending on their activity. Start slowly, pay attention to your body, and you'll know when you've hit the right balance

What shipping methods are available?

In Sweden we offer:

- Early Bird
- DHL Parcel Connect and Service Point

Shipping within Sweden is normally 1-2 days.

In Denmark, Finland, Netherlands and Belgium we offer:
- Budbee
- DHL Parcel Connect

Shipping to these countries is between 2-4 days.

For the rest of the EU we offer:
- DHL Parcel Connect

Shipping to the rest of the EU is usually 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally outside of the EU?

We do! So far we have opened up shipping to the UAE and USA. We do this on a per-request basis, so if you are in a country outside of the EU and would love to get your hands on SALTE please contact us and we will find a way to send it to you.

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in the south of Sweden for quick delivery to Sweden and the rest of the EU.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We typically process SALTE orders within 1-2 business days. EU shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and to Sweden and Denmark 1-2 days.

How can I edit my shipping address?

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships from our warehouse. It might take 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement right away. The link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, and if you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in the EU is included for order over 50 EUR. Shipping cost is 5 EUR for orders under 50 EUR.

For orders outside of the EU, we are currently offering the same shipping cost as an introduction offer.
