Summer means sun, late nights, and simple ways to stay cool. One of our favourites is freezing SALTE into ice pops. They are easy to make and add something refreshing to your day.

Whether you are heading to the beach, relaxing by the pool, or making a treat for everyone, these pops are an easy way to enjoy summer.

A Summer-Friendly Twist on SALTE

SALTE mixes easily into water, making it perfect for freezing into homemade popsicles. Each sachet contains:

800 mg sodium
400 mg potassium
60 mg magnesium

It is sugar-free, uses natural flavours, and has no artificial colours. The taste is clean and crisp, and it works well as an ice pop.

DIY SALTE Ice Pops

You’ll need:

1–2 sachets of SALTE (Strawberry and Lemon are summer favourites)
500–600 ml water
Optional extras: fresh berries, lime, mint, or anything you love
Ice pop moulds (or paper cups + sticks)

Instructions:

Mix SALTE with water until fully dissolved.
Add berries or citrus slices to the moulds for a little colour.
Pour in the mix.
Freeze for 4–6 hours.
Enjoy whenever you want something cold and refreshing.
