We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Tracking details are sent by email when your order ships.

We work with a carefully selected network of logistics partners to ensure fast, reliable and trackable deliveries across Europe and beyond. Depending on your country and order value, your shipment will be delivered either to a pickup point, your mailbox, or directly to your door.

Standard delivery partners

  • Deutsche Post – Our primary delivery partner for most European and international markets. Packages are delivered to your local pickup point or mailbox. Tracking becomes active once the shipment is transferred from our warehouse in Sweden to Deutsche Post's distribution hub. Deutsche Post shipments are handled by DHL on the last mile. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • DHL Parcel Connect – Tracked pickup-point or doorstep delivery, used as default carrier in Germany, France, Ireland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Czechia and Spain, and as paid alternative in many other EU countries. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.
  • Posti – Used in Finland and the Åland Islands. Delivery to mailbox or pickup point. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.
  • Early Bird – Sweden only. Delivers early in the morning to your mailbox or pickup location. Ideal for residential addresses. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
  • Budbee Box – Pickup-point delivery with real-time tracking and convenient location selection. Available in Belgium, Denmark, Finland and the Netherlands. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • GLS – Doorstep delivery alternative in Denmark, with full tracking. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.
  • UPS Standard – Door-to-door delivery with full tracking, available across most of the EU. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

Premium & express options

  • Budbee Home – Door-to-door delivery in the evening, with live tracking and time-slot selection. Available in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and the Netherlands. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.
  • UPS Express – Express door-to-door delivery for customers who want their order quickly. Available in most countries we ship to. Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.

A return label will be provided by our customer service team after you contact us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once unopened returned items are received and approved.

Shipping FAQ

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Absolutely. You can specify a different delivery address in your account settings or during checkout.

What happens if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, you can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. If your package is delivered to a pickup location, the address will appear in your tracking details. Physical delivery notifications are no longer placed in mailboxes, so we recommend regularly checking your tracking link for updates.

I'm getting address warnings at checkout — what should I do?
We deliver to all EU countries listed on our website. However, certain remote or non-standard addresses might pose challenges. If your address lacks a street name or house number (such as a house or farm name only), please enter that name in the "Street" field and use "0" as the house number.

My order hasn't arrived by the expected date — what should I do?
Standard orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Please use your tracking link to check if your package is waiting at a pickup point. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please reach out to our customer service team and we will help resolve the issue.

The tracking link says "delivered," but I haven't received my package — what now?
Sometimes parcels are delivered to a neighbour or an alternate location if you're not home. This is not always clearly noted in the tracking details. If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please inform us immediately (no later than two weeks from the indicated delivery date). We have up to four weeks to investigate with the shipping carrier. We will provide you with a non-receipt declaration form to fill out and return to us.

My order arrived damaged or incomplete — what should I do?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it. Immediately upon receiving your package, check the contents to confirm everything is complete and undamaged.

If you notice any damage or missing items after delivery, please take clear photos of:

  • The outside of the box
  • The inside of the box
  • The shipping label
  • Any damaged products or areas

Send these photos promptly to our customer service team so we can swiftly resolve the issue. Keep all packaging and products until we respond to your claim.

We must receive this information within 4 days of delivery to report the issue to our shipping partner. Filing a complaint promptly will not impact your legal warranty rights, but your prompt feedback significantly helps us manage claims and improve our services.
