We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders placed before 13:00 CET on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We work with a carefully selected network of logistics partners to ensure fast, reliable and trackable deliveries across Europe. Depending on your country and order value, your shipment will be delivered either to a pickup point, your mailbox, or directly to your door.
Primary delivery partners

Deutsche Post – Our primary delivery partner for most European countries. Packages are delivered to your local pickup point or mailbox. Tracking becomes active once the shipment is transferred from our warehouse in Sweden to Deutsche Post's distribution hub in Frankfurt.
A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Deutsche Post shipments are handled by DHL. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

Posti – Used exclusively for customers in Finland and the Åland Islands. Delivery to mailbox or pickup point within 2–3 business days.

Early Bird – Available only in Sweden. Delivers early in the morning to your mailbox or pickup location. Ideal for residential addresses. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return process:
- Products must be returned unopened and in original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once the return is received and approved, we will refund your payment via your original payment method.
Shipping FAQ
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Absolutely! You can easily specify a different delivery address in your account settings or during the checkout process.
What happens if I'm not at home when my order arrives?
If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, you can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. If your package is delivered to a pick-up location, the specific address will appear in your tracking details. Please note that physical delivery notifications are no longer placed in mailboxes, so we recommend regularly checking your tracking link for updates.
I'm getting address warnings at checkout – what should I do?
We deliver to all EU countries listed on our website. However, certain remote or non-standard addresses might pose challenges. If your address lacks a street name or house number (such as a house or farm name only), please enter that name in the "Street" field and use "0" as the house number.
My order hasn’t arrived by the expected date – what should I do?
Orders typically arrive within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please use your tracking link to check if your package is waiting at a pick-up point. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will help resolve the issue.
The tracking link says "delivered," but I haven't received my package – what now?Sometimes parcels may be delivered to a neighbor or an alternate location if you're not home. This might not always be clearly noted in the tracking details. If your tracking status shows "delivered," but you haven’t received your order, please inform us immediately (no later than two weeks from the indicated delivery date). We have up to four weeks to investigate with the shipping carrier. We will provide you with a non-receipt declaration form to fill out and return to us.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete – what should I do?
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it. Immediately upon receiving your package, check the contents to confirm everything is complete and undamaged.
If you notice any damage or missing items after delivery, please take clear photos of:
- The outside of the box
- The inside of the box
- The shipping label
- Any damaged products or areas
Send these photos promptly to our customer service team so we can swiftly resolve the issue. Keep all packaging and products until we respond to your claim.
We must receive this information within 4 days of delivery to report the issue to our shipping partner.
Not contacting us or filing a complaint promptly will not impact your legal warranty rights. However, your prompt feedback significantly helps us manage claims and improve our services.
