What are electrolytes? Electrolytes are essential minerals that are vital to many key functions in the body.
What’s in SALTE? SALTE contains 800 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, and 60 mg of magnesium.
Why does the SALTE formula look the way it does? SALTE comes in a straightforward sachet that works for busy days and regular routines.
Each sachet contains:
- 800 mg sodium
- 400 mg potassium
- 60 mg magnesium
- 0 g sugar
The formula follows three main principles:
- It has more minerals than most similar products.
- It is made for people who eat less processed food and might get fewer added minerals.
- It works with different eating styles, like low-carb or clean eating.
1. 800 mg sodium – a deliberate choice in a higher range
SALTE has more sodium than most electrolyte mixes.
2. 400 mg potassium, to balance the sodium
Many people do not get enough potassium in their diets.SALTE uses a 2:1 ratio of sodium to potassium (800 to 400 mg) for balance.This ratio is just for the formula. It does not replace a diet rich in potassium.
3. 60 mg magnesium, which is a mild amount
Each sachet has 60 mg of magnesium. This is a small amount that you can easily add to food or other magnesium sources. It works for both active days and regular routines.We are only listing what is in it, not making any claims.
4. Made to be flexible
The formula is made to be versatile.
It is:
- Sugar-free
- Free from artificial colours and fillers
- Flavoured with natural aromas and sweetened with steviol glycosides (in flavoured versions)
When should I drink SALTE? Many drink it first thing in the morning, or before, during or after exercise. The recommended daily dose is 1 sachet per day.
How many calories are in a sachet of SALTE? The Unflavoured version contains 0 kcal per serving.Each of our flavored options contains less than 5 kcal per sachet.
How do I mix it? Simply mix one sachet with 600-800 ml of water and give it a good shake.
How many servings per day? The recommended daily dose of SALTE is 1 sachet per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet.
Can I trust the quality? SALTE is developed in Sweden and is produced in manufacturing facilities meeting the highest quality standards, such as BRGCS, HACCP, ISO 22000. With reliable raw material suppliers, where every batch is subjected to rigorous testing, we guarantee the highest quality in every batch.
Can I drink SALTE during my pregnancy? In general, electrolytes with salt (sodium), potassium, and magnesium can be safe to drink during pregnancy.That said, since every pregnancy is different, we always recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before adding any new supplements to your routine — just to be safe.
Is SALTE only for people on a low-carb or keto diet? No. SALTE fits many different eating styles, including low-carb and keto, and is made for anyone who wants a straightforward electrolyte drink mix with carefully selected ingredients.
Shipping
What shipping methods are available? In Sweden we offer:- Budbee Home and Box- Early Bird- DHL Parcel Connect and Service Point
Shipping within Sweden is normally 1-2 days.
In Denmark, Finland, Netherlands and Belgium we offer:
- Budbee
- DHL Parcel Connect
Shipping to these countries is between 2-4 days.
For the rest of the EU we offer:
- DHL Parcel Connect
- DHL Express
- UPS Standard
Shipping to the rest of the EU is usually 3-5 days.

Do you ship internationally outside of the EU? We do! So far we have opened up shipping to the UAE. We do this on a per-request basis, so if you are in a country outside of the EU and would love to get your hands on SALTE please contact us and we will find a way to send it to you.
Where do you ship from? Our warehouse is located in the south of Sweden for quick delivery to Sweden and the rest of the EU.
When can I expect to receive my order? We typically process SALTE orders within 1-2 business days. EU shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and to Sweden and Denmark 1-2 days.
How can I edit my shipping address? If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us via chat or send an email to hey@drinksalte.com.
Please make sure to include your order number in your e-mail.
How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships from our warehouse. It might take 24-48 hours for the tracking details to update, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement right away. The link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, and if you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping in the EU is included for order over 50 EUR. Shipping cost is 5 EUR for orders under 50 EUR.
For orders outside of the EU, we are currently offering the same shipping cost as an introduction offer.
