What are electrolytes?
Minerals like sodium, potassium, and magnesium are part of the body’s normal fluid and nervous system balance.
What's in SALTE?
SALTE contains 800 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, and 60 mg of magnesium.
When should I drink SALTE?
Use it first thing in the morning, before, during, or after exercise, when dehydrated, or anytime you need electrolyte support. Keep in mind: it's more effective to replenish electrolytes ahead of time rather than trying to catch up after they've been depleted.
How do I mix it?
Simply mix one sachet with 600-800 ml of water and give it a good shake.
How many servings per day?
Current nutrition research shows that daily mineral intake varies widely depending on diet and lifestyle, and that whole foods remain the primary source of these nutrients.
