I have been looking for a good natural electrolyte drink with as minimal ingredients as possible that tastes good and one that when I take it I can actually feel the difference and I think I might have just found it with this product. All flavours taste fresh and really good, the levels of sodium, potassium and magnesium are all very solid aswell. It is very difficult to find a trusty good alternative to LMNT in europe but I truly believe that drinksalte electrolyte drink is the answer. I have only been taking it a week but I can feel a real difference in my hydration levels already again only been taking them a week so take that into consideration when reading my review but so far so good!
I really appreciated I could try all the flavours as a lot of electrolytes just taste too sweet for me. I was surprised I actually liked Apple and Strawberry the most, as those wouldn't be my first guess. I need a lot of sodium due to my condition (POTS) and this is a great solution on the go.
I am enjoying the experience of adding electrolytes into my routine. It seems like it helps to keep me full longer between meals (currently in a deficit so this is much appreciated). However, I do wish I'd gone for a single flavor pack as my preferences align with what I'd expected -- favorite = orange, then lemon. The strawberry and apple follow by a wide margin.
It IS salty which took a little to get used to. I'm not sure if I'll stick with this brand or try another one when I run out.
Honestly best electrolytes that I've ever tasted! Multipack is my favorite, all flavors tastes good except unflavoured😂
I purchased the mix flavours, both my husband and I have different favourites which speaks to the fact that everyone will find a flavour they like. The electrolytes are great, I do feel better during the day when I drink them, I also find I have more energy towards the end of the day. The electrolytes are understandably quite salty but you can mix them in more amount of water to take the saltiness down and they actually taste great. I recommend them! Also great to know they don't add any additives to them.
