What's in SALTE?
SALTE contains 800 mg of sodium, 400 mg of potassium, and 60 mg of magnesium. Natural flavours and stevia are added to the flavoured variants.
When should I drink SALTE?
Use it first thing in the morning, before, during, or after exercise, when dehydrated, or anytime you need electrolyte support. Keep in mind: it's more effective to replenish electrolytes ahead of time rather than trying to catch up after they've been depleted.
How do I mix it?
Simply mix one sachet with 600-800 ml of water and give it a good shake.
How many servings per day?
New research indicates that 4–6 grams of sodium, 3.5–5 grams of potassium, and 400–600 milligrams of magnesium per day support optimal health, ideally from whole foods.
